I used this backpack pretty much every day for about a year, and I’m a little disappointed with how it held up. The zipper started jamming, the inside lining tore, and the straps are already fraying. I expected it to last longer than that. Has anyone else had the same issue?

The bag itself is fine, no real complaints there, it does what I needed it to do. The only thing was the support side of things, because I had to reach out and then kind of just wait around for a few days before hearing back, which was a little frustrating. To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, I just wish the whole process had been quicker.

The bag looks good overall, and I like the style, but the laptop compartment barely has any padding. I was expecting it to feel a lot more protective. i just don’t feel comfortable carrying my laptop in it, and that makes me a bit disappointed

Tried it on and... yeah. Smaller than I thought it would be. Not terrible, just a tighter fit than expected. I’d probably size up next time

I picked up a Herschel backpack for quick weekend trips, and overall, I like it. It looks really nice and fits under the plane seat without any drama, which is a big plus! The only thing is the pocket layout could be better... my laptop, chargers, and clothes all kind of end up jumbled together. The zippers do feel sturdy though, so that part’s reassuring. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I’d say it’s a good bag for short trips, but I’m not totally sure I’d want to rely on it for longer travel

I bought this backpack thinking it would be decent for the price, but yeah... not really. After about a week, the zipper started sticking, which got annoying fast. Then I noticed the fabric starting to fray near the strap, so that wasn’t great either. I mean, I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I definitely expected more than a week. Probably won’t be buying from this brand again.

I was really hoping the color would look like the picture, but it turned out different in person. I kept checking the listing to make sure I hadn’t ordered the wrong one, because I wanted to feel sure it wasn’t just me. The item itself seems okay, but the color mismatch was disappointing.

I ended up returning my order, and the refund took way longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I remember thinking this bag looked really nice when I saw it online, but once it arrived, it just didn’t feel the same in person. The fabric felt thinner and rougher than I expected. I’ve only used it lightly, and from what I can tell, it already looks kind of worn out. Not really what I was hoping for...

I saw the sale price and figured, okay, that’s the price I’m paying, normal shortcut when you’re shopping online. But once I got to checkout, the price changed, which was frustrating. I almost missed it because I was just going through the usual steps on autopilot. Definitely made me hesitate before finishing the order

When it arrived, the box was kind of crushed. Not the best first impression, but that’s what happened.

The fact that they don’t take PayPal is super annoying. It almost feels like they’re trying to make checkout harder on purpose, like there’s some hidden reason they only want certain payment methods. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

I was just trying to buy a backpack, but the whole site made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were slow, the filters kept resetting, and then my cart randomly emptied once. Checkout was even worse because I had to put my information in twice, which got old fast. I feel like I kept having to redo the same things over and over, and at some point I was just done explaining my order to the website. For a big brand, I expected it to work a lot better. I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else.

I got a Herschel Supply Co. backpack from the site it looked good when it first showed up. But even right out of the box, some of the stitching looked kind of messy in a few spots. After just a couple weeks of normal use, one of the seams near the strap started coming loose, and I’m not even someone who packs a ton of stuff. It’s usually just my laptop and a few small things. For the price, I feel like these bags should be built way better. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but it’s disappointing. Seems like backpacks these days are all about the look and not really made to last. 2 stars from me.

The zipper on my backpack broke, so I figured I’d try the warranty form. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally replied, they said it wasn’t covered and didn’t offer any help with a repair. felt like they just wanted me to drop it and move on

It looks nice, it really does, but it just doesn’t fit my everyday stuff the way I need it to. For daily use, daily use, it’s not quite working for me.

I really do like the patterns they offer, but I was kind of embarrassed when I realized I spent so long picking one and still couldn’t find a color I actually loved. Some of the styles only come in plain shades, which was a little disappointing. They’re still decent overall, just not as much variety as I expected.
